Dear CSTK,
I hope this message finds you well. My name is Brian Effer, and I am the owner of Four Pretty Paws Mobile Pet Spa. I have had the pleasure of working with CSTK for several years now to service my fleet of vans. Initially, I worked with Craig, who was excellent. Recently, however, I have had the privilege of working with Steth Garst over the past couple of months, and I felt compelled to share my experience with you.
Steth has been called on multiple occasions to repair the air conditioners within my mobile grooming vans. His quick response to my calls and text messages has been invaluable to my business. He has taken the time to understand my operations and recognizes the importance of a quick turnaround for my fleet of 12 mobile spas that are on the road all day.
Steth has gone above and beyond, arriving early in the morning to fix vans before they head out for the day and even meeting one of my vans and groomers at a client’s home in the middle of the day to resolve an issue. His exceptional customer service, combined with his friendly, kind, and personable demeanor, has not gone unnoticed. Many of my groomers have commented on how pleasant their interactions with him are, often referring to him as “the nice AC repair guy.”
Given my trust in Steth, I have even provided him with the code to the back door of our garage, allowing him to come and go as needed. As a small business owner in the consumer services industry, I understand the value of good people and how challenging it can be to find them.
