We are pleased to announce that Jamie Cressman has joined CSTK as Vice President and General Manager of CSTK East, which encompasses our locations in Philadelphia, Bethlehem, Jessup (Scranton), Montgomery, PA and Vineland, NJ. All departments, including sales, parts and service will report to Jamie, and he will oversee our continued focus on strategic growth and customer service. Jamie will also serve on the company’s Executive Management Committee.

Jamie brings particular expertise in operational performance and transformation. Most recently, Jamie has worked as General Manager of a global organization selling fire suppression products in the transit industry. He also has a diverse background working for large companies such as BAE Systems and Motor Coach Industries in varying roles throughout his career.

Jamie also has over 10 years of involvement in the transport temperature control industry, having previously worked for Thermo King of Philadelphia (predecessor to CSTK) in varying functional capacities from 1994-2004 and Thermo King Corporation, as a Regional Parts Manager, making him well positioned to understand and satisfy customer needs. ???We are convinced that Jamie will effectively execute CSTK’s strategic vision for first class customer experience, which is our primary objective,??? said Michael Kahn, CEO of CSTK.

In his spare time, Jamie enjoys spending time with his family, boating and exploring science museums.  He is also a fan of traveling the world, both near and far, always looking for new experiences.  Jamie holds a BS in Marketing and BA in Management from DeSales University.  Additionally, he is currently working on completing an MBA with a focus on General Management.
